“Sold!” I started with another broker trying to sell my practice 3 years ago. After 2 1/2 years he found me 1 lead. Additionally the first broker repeatedly failed to update his website to make corrections or update my stats year to year. Also potential leads later informed me that they had contacted the first broker with no reply. This included my buyer. Finally I hired Sam Reader who found me a qualified buyer in 2 months. We closed December 1st after first being in contact with the buyer starting in March. I received full asking price at $50,000 more than what the first broker had appraised the practice at. “Sold!” I just wanted to say a big huge thank you. I got the check last Wednesday from Dr. (Smith) and he started his transition today. We’ve already seen the patients. It’s just going perfectly. No problems – and I just have you to thank. There’s been no sticky points. You just kindly jumped in and gave us advice on all the points that could have been problems and everything went wonderful. He’s super eager. The patients are responding to him and they are not horribly mad at me for leaving, and I’m so thankful for the way you handled everything. I have already paid him for the prepaids.
